Deal2Invoice for inFakt: Refund Policy
Version 1.0, effective 1 October 2026.
This policy summarizes the refund rules in our Terms of Service. If the two differ, the Terms apply.
1. 14-day money-back
You can ask for a full refund of any subscription payment, the first one or a renewal, within 14 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason.
When we refund a payment, the subscription ends immediately. We may refuse requests that abuse this policy, such as repeated cycles of paying and asking for a refund.
2. How to ask
Write to support@deal2invoice.com and include the order number from your Paddle receipt, or the email address the receipt was sent to. We answer within 14 days, and normally much sooner.
3. How the money comes back
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. We instruct Paddle to refund the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Other refunds
After the 14 days, payments are not refunded, except:
- if a change to the App removes its core function (creating drafts from deals) and you cancel because of it: we refund the unused part of the current period (Terms, section 9.2);
- if we end the service for you without a serious breach of the Terms on your side: we refund the unused part of the paid period (Terms, section 12.3).
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the App's settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling alone doesn't refund the current period; within 14 days of the payment, ask for a refund as described above.
6. Your other rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under mandatory law. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
